栗東出身の日本画家・西田恵泉（1902～1980）の生誕120年を記念した展覧会。
西田恵泉自身の作品（本画22点、スケッチ5点）のほか、同時代の滋賀県出身の洋画家野口謙造との交流や彼とともに滋賀県画壇を形成していく様子がわかる関連資料も紹介している。
