近畿出土の円窓付土器をかんがえる

本稿は、近畿出土の円窓付土器について弥生時代中期後葉を中心に14 遺跡23 例から検討する。23 例は尾張地域からの搬入品ではなく、各遺跡に通有する土器の特徴をあわせもつ在来品である。近畿出土の特質として、脚付円窓付土器が多数を占める。加えて装飾のある類例に限った分布傾向から、野洲川下流域を基点に中期後葉前後の地域間交流がみえてくる。
